As a Guest Support Coordinator, you are the first interaction for guests and play an integral role in setting the expectations for their experiences. You will perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Be professional, punctual, reliable, and accountable for the quality of your work
- Answer phone according to telephone etiquette protocol, striving for 100% answer rate
- Enforces office policies and protocols with guests discreetly, tactfully, and professionally
- Maintain guest accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with a high degree of accuracy
- Monitor daily insurance correspondence from Home Office, coordinates with dental offices for resolution of issues
- Keeps informed and updated on OSHA regulations and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) requirements
- Always adhere to service and brand representation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations
- Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients
We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
- Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments.
- Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
- Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
- Collects all monies due for services rendered.
- Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
As a dental assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of a dentist. Clinical duties may include equipment preparation and sterilization, preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during treatment, and providing patients with instructions for oral healthcare procedures. May perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); taking digital radiographs, charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment, periodontal charting, routine prophylaxis, fluoride application, placing sealants, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning, presenting proposed treatment with insurance coverage and patient co-pays, as well as keeping accurate notes.
Schedule: four-day workweek with at least one evening until 7pm*; must be willing to work at least one Saturday* each month.

- Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments using ADA protocols.
- Prepare trays with standard dental equipment to ensure effective patient turnover.
- Observe and maintain all OSHA guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for all dental instruments being cleaned, stored and sterilized using autoclave.
- Operating, monitoring and cleaning of sterilization equipment.
- Perform daily and weekly infection control test to ensure optimum sterility.
- Periodontal charting for hygiene, as needed.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); supervising administrative operations, managing all office staff (excluding doctors), works with doctors on site with clinical administration, serves as liaison with home office, partners, practice and associates. Oversees facility maintenance, maintains business office inventory, equipment maintenance and assists in marketing decisions and implementation.
