Job Description

 

Our  high-tech and modern practice in Cary, NC is looking for a Practice Manager to join our leadership team.  Our vision is to build lifelong relationships within the communities we serve, with our patients and our team members. 

 

Triangle Family Dentistry  has all the latest in advanced dental technology and  your support team includes RCM management, Human Resources, Accounting/Payroll and an IT specialist.

 

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range $65,000 - $75,000 with generous benefits:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); supervising administrative operations, managing all office staff (excluding doctors), works with doctors on site with clinical administration, serves as liaison with home office, partners, practice and associates. Oversees facility maintenance, maintains business office inventory, equipment maintenance and assists in marketing decisions and implementation.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Management or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans and claims processing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • MacPractice software knowledge required.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
