We are looking for a highly organized scheduling coordinator to coordinate the calendar of for our patients. In this role, you will be patient concierge, checking patients in/out, confirming appointments, following up on missed and cancelled appointments to reschedule patients, collecting payments and patient retention.    - Maintaining and updating schedules -

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); taking digital radiographs, charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment, periodontal charting, routine prophylaxis, fluoride application, placing sealants, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning, presenting proposed treatment with insurance coverage and patient co-pays, as well as keeping accurate notes.
