Who Are We?

AB&B Management is the central billing office for multiple dental practices that provides the following services without patient interface: insurance verifications for treatment, database management for insurance plans, and maintain current eligibility status for patients to ensure proper coverage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits, reviews accounts for accuracy, processes company requests for information, supports and assists dental offices, processes daily reports, performs light clerical tasks and standard administrative duties.

 

This position is full time with no late nights or weekends and semi remote (2 days a week). 

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency 
  • Minimum of 1-year expert experience in dental insurance preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience with Cloud9 PMS is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
