Patient Care Coordinator

We are a multi-office general dentistry practice looking for an energetic individual to join our team! In our practice, patient care is our number one priority, and we are looking for enthusiastic, growth minded people to support our patient centered approach! We like to have fun when we work and believe in having a positive and encouraging work environment. 

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first interaction for guests and play an integral role in setting the expectations for the their experiences. You will perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Triage calls
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer financial questions and take payments.
• Act as a liason between guests and clinical team.
• Confirmed patient appointments
• Triage patient communication via messaging software and email

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental setting.
